Hello to whoever!
It's weird to just write, without having a specific person to send it to. Feel like some celebrity dude that someone actually cares about knowing what I am thinking or doing! I have nothing interesting to say! But, I guess I'll just say some non-interesting things for the heck of it!
It;s raining here in Oklahoma-AGAIN. I am sick of it. It's to the point that when we do have a sunny day it feels like we should just be out in it all day to make sure we actually enjoy it before it starts the soaking again. I guess I should be grateful that for once it is green here and not the usual brownish color. Maybe that's what I should do here-make it my way to start doing a grateful list again.
1. I'm grateful that I now have a working dishwasher and hot water heater thanks to my hard-working husband Ed who figured out what was wrong with both of them. His skill at troubleshooting and being a handy-dude all around continues to astound us all.
2. I'm grateful that my kids are all such nice people that I like to be around.
3. I'm grateful that both Cody and Sabrina like to still cuddle up sometimes-well, Sabrina all the time!! Even Riley will let me hug him still sometimes!
4. I'm grateful that I have funny pets that entertain us-and that Ed hasn't killed me for bringing home some temporary foster pets--yet!!!
5. I'm grateful for the good friends here in Stillwater that I have made, and still for the ones I miss in Indiana.
Ok, well that's my five for the day-not too hard considering I have not done that in a while!
Guess I am signing off for now and going over to clean & feed at Tiny Paws-the kitten rescue.
